By placing an order or making a reservation through this website, you hereby accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Bruno Cafe in the Park, operated by PT Bruno Griya Rasa ("Bruno Cafe," "we," "us," or "our").

Bruno Cafe in the Park operates within the Gripastudio premises as its authorised food and beverage partner. Your use of our Services is therefore also subject to Gripastudio's applicable house rules while you are on the premises, including, without limitation, rules on food/beverage areas, noise, parking, pets, and general conduct, available at [gripastudio.com/terms-and-conditions].

Bruno Cafe reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version to our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

All prices, menu items, and service fees published on our website or other materials are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price for your order is the price stated at the time your order or reservation is accepted.

Online orders and payment

Order process. Orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including due to item unavailability, kitchen capacity, or payment issues. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Order accuracy. Please review your order carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you, including wrong item selection or incorrect contact details.

Cancellations and refunds. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins; once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for valid cancellations, order errors on our part, or quality issues will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, at our discretion, or offered as store credit. Perishable food and beverage items are non-returnable once served, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or does not match the description.

Pickup and serving. Estimated preparation and serving times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including kitchen volume, third-party suppliers, or events at Gripastudio affecting access to the premises.

Table reservations

Booking. Reservations made through our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by Bruno Cafe. A confirmation message will be sent once your reservation is accepted.

Grace period. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booked time. After this period, the table may be released to other guests.

Changes and cancellations. You may modify or cancel a reservation by contacting us at least 2 hours before the reservation time. We reserve the right to request a deposit for large groups or special events, which may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, as communicated at the time of booking.

Group and event bookings. Special terms, including minimum spend, deposit, and cancellation policy, may apply to group bookings or private events and will be communicated separately.

Conduct, allergies, and safety

Food safety and allergies. We take reasonable care in food preparation; however, please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Conduct on the premises. As Bruno Cafe operates within Gripastudio's premises, you agree to comply with Gripastudio's house rules while dining with us, including rules on designated food and beverage areas, noise, cleanliness, parking, and pets. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms or Gripastudio's house rules.

CCTV. By entering the Bruno Cafe premises, you acknowledge that the area is monitored by Gripastudio's CCTV system for security and operational purposes, as described in Gripastudio's Privacy Policy.

Website use and intellectual property

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or scrape or reproduce website content without our written permission.

All content on our website, including the Bruno Cafe in the Park name, logo, menu descriptions, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable Indonesian intellectual property laws, including Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indonesian law, Bruno Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or Services, or from your presence at the Gripastudio premises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bruno Cafe harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the website, your order, your reservation, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan), Indonesia.
